Since 1945 our family has been growing hazelnuts on our property in the hills around Alba and in the municipality of Neive. We produce the "Tonda Gentile Trilobata" variety of IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Piedmont Hazelnuts. It accounts for 2% of the world's production but is considered the best quality available on the market thanks to its intense aroma, lingering taste and the roasted product's resistance to oxidation and turning rancid.
Marco and Vittorio Adriano follow all the production steps personally: from the cultivation to sorting the collected produce, from drying to storage and selling. Our toasted hazelnuts are sold in vacuum-packed 250 g or 500 g packs or whole in bags of 500 g or 1 kg. We sell directly from the farm to individuals while for restaurants, pastry shops and industries we have a delivery service.
