The winery is divided according to the stages of processing:
- the vinification room with stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage
- the aging room with oak barrels of medium capacity
- the bottling and packaging room
- and a suggestive basement room with the ideal temperature for aging wine in the bottle, made of old bricks and stones from the Langhe region.
All the electricity required by the farm is produced by an ecological photovoltaic system.
