Our cellar is arranged into specific areas, each dedicated to the various phases of winemaking from vinification to storage. We follow each step of the winemaking process to ensure a single production chain and respect for our winemaking principles.
The vinification area is home to temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for fermentation and storage.
Large Slavonian oak casks holding between 30 hL to 50 hL are positioned in the area devoted to elevage.
The new cellar, an atmospheric underground locale, is built from Langa stone and antique bricks...
