Sbarbatelle is now very much event in demand. We’ve reserved our June spot at Castello di San Martino Alfieri but we will also be on tour. Our first date was in Turin and immediately SOLD OUT; the next one will be in Milan, with Michela in attendance.

Good weather is here and the days are getting longer–we're back to pedalling with BikeSquare.
Our motto is always: no fatigue, lots of fun! Bike rental available in our courtyard for those who don’t already know. For those of you who have already been, we invite you to come and try out the new super mountain bike on the great circuit we formulated last autumn.
IN THE VINEYARD AND THE CELLAR
With the coming of spring, both the vineyards and the wines in the cellar come to life in
their natural cycle with us following along.
In the vineyard and the cellar work carries on but at a gentle rhythm. The vines have just been pruned, some are to be tidied up, some still to be tied up–slowly they are coming to life after winter's hibernation. In the cellar we are getting ready to bottle and decant the wine, which has been quietly resting over the winter. With the coming of spring the vineyards and the wines in the cellar come to life come to life in their natural cycle with us following along.

Dolcetto d’Alba Doc
Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Aldo is the only wine we had to wake up before its winter repose. You liked our Dolcetto 2021 too much and finished it all. We couldn’t stand to be without it, or maybe it was really Nonno Aldo who couldn’t stand being without it? Either way, we stepped up the pace and we’ve already bottled the 2022 wine—so it's ready to go and waiting!I n our opinion, there is no wine like Dolcetto for a spring picnic. Try it and see.
